Keith David Mills, age 81, passed away on July 25, 2026, in Fargo, North Dakota. He was born December 28, 1944, in St. Paul, Minnesota to parents Samuel and Noreen (Vigen) Mills.
A service celebrating Keith's life will be held at Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home on August 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation with his family will be one-hour prior to the service, starting at 12:00 p.m. The service will be livestreamed, a link to which will be available at www.stenshoelhouske.com/obituaries/keith-mills
