Janet K. (Kirchberg) Pillatzki, 74, of Crookston passed away July 11, 2015 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks ND. Janet was born December 20, 1940 in Madison Minnesota to Raymond and Mildred (Auchsetter) Kirchberg. She graduated from Madison High School in 1958. On June 10, 1958 Janet married Ralph A. Pillatzki, and together had two children Janet Marie and Daniel Paul. Janet enjoyed working with the public, reading many books, working on crossword puzzles and visiting Zoo's. Her recent enjoyment was observing the American Bald Eagle nests around the area. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, 1 month and 1 day Ralph; daughter, Janet Marie Pillatzki; son, Daniel Paul (Kathy) Pillatzki; grandchildren, Amanda Kate (Alex) Pillatzki Lesov and Megan Danielle Pillatzki; Brother, Jim (Pat) Kirchberg. Janet is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Joe Kirchberg.
