Erin Leigh Koplitz, 34, of Crookston, MN, died Friday, November 18, 2016, in RiverView Health at Crookston. Erin was born at Edina, MN on April 28, 1982, the daughter of David Koplitz and Rebecca Thamert. She grew up in Richfield, MN where she attended public schools, later earning her GED. Erin traveled and lived in various cities in Minnesota for the past several years. Mental illness was a force in Erin's life that she dealt with every day and she will be very sadly missed by her family. Erin leaves her fiance', Lee Tibbets of Crookston, MN; father, David Koplitz of Eden Prairie, MN; mother, Rebecca Thamert of MN; grandfather, Richard Koplitz of Bloomington, MN; and other relatives.
