Dorothy May Hoiseth, 93, of Crookston, MN, died early Monday morning, June 25, 2012, at the RiverView Care Center in Crookston. Dorothy was born on May 10, 1919 to George and Margaret (Hull) Jasper. For many years Dorothy was a cook at the Good Samaritan Rest Home in East Grand Forks, RiverView Hospital in Crookston, a UND Sorority in Grand Forks, and lastly for the Crookston Senior Meals program until her retirement at age 75.
Dorothy was a faithful member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Crookston and the Lydia Circle. She enjoyed purchasing homes to remodel, crocheting, reading, and spending time tending her flower and vegetable gardens. May God bless Dorothy's memory.
