Barbara Brademeyer

Barbara (Boerger) Brademeyer, 65, of Ada, formerly of Crookston, unexpectedly passed away June 9, 2015 in Fargo ND. She was born December 13, 1949 to Ole and Marie (Anderson) Stadum in Ada. Graduating from Ada High School 1967, attended and graduated from the Dakota Business College, on January 6, 1968 Barb married Nick Boerger, and were the proud parents of Chris Boerger. Barb worked as an office manager for many years at Nelson Motors, Villa St. Vincent and NAPA. In Feb 2007 Nick passed away, Barb married Bob Brademeyer Feb 2013 in Arizona. She enjoyed bowling in her younger years, tending to flowers and gardening, specializing in roses, quilting for her family and fishing at the family cabin on Twin Lakes.

Barb was very active at the local and national level of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW for over 30 years. She will be remembered for her smile, patriotism, love of grandchildren and being a classy lady. Barb "Bobbie" is survived by her husband Bob of Ada and AZ; son, Chris (Lizzy) Boerger of Crookston; Mother, Marie Anderson of Ada; grandchildren, Todd, Emma, Kaitlynn, Kaylee; great-grandchildren, Aubree and Harper; sister, Kathy (Jim) Ruebke; brothers, Tony (Kathy) Stadum, Kevin (Tammy) Anderson, Kurt (Joyce) Anderson with many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her father, Ole; husband, Nick Boerger and brother, Keith Anderson. A Visitation will be 5PM-7PM Wednesday June 17 at Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home in Crookston with prayer service beginning at 7PM. A celebration of life Funeral Mass will be 2PM Thursday June18 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of Crookston, with visitation one hour prior at the church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Crookston. Donations are preferred to the Ladies Auxiliary VFW.
