Bonnie-Lee Johnson

Bonnie-Lee Johnson age 77 of Crookston died Thursday, August 27, 2015 in the Crookston Riverview Care Center. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm on August 31, preceding the funeral at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Crookston, Minnesota. Interment will be held at Oakdale Cemetery in Crookston, immediately following the funeral. Bonnie-Lee Johnson was born on August 3rd, 1938 in Long Prairie Minnesota, the daughter of Marion and Cecile (DuFrene) Hipple, where she attended school until she met and married Andrew Fellman in the summer of 1954. Bonnie-Lee was blessed with several talents and greatly enjoyed writing poetry, cooking, sewing and engaging in artwork. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Sherman and Neven, and her son Daniel. She is survived by her brothers Marion Hipple of Lake Tahoe, MN, Ralph Cowdery of Rapid City, SD, Mike Cowdery of Osakis, MN and Brian Cowdery of Hot springs, CO; her children Theresa Fellman of Crookston, MN, Nonna Fitch of Worthington, MN, Julie Weems of Clearbrooks, MN, John (JD) Fellman of Montgomery, MN, Lisa Bodnar of Langdon, ND, Andrea Bendickson of Bejou, MN, and many grand-children and great-grand children.
